By accessing the website quoteso.com (the "Site") and using the services offered by Quoteso Technologies ("Quoteso", "we"), you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site.

Quoteso is an online directory that connects clients with service professionals in Quebec and Canada. We offer a free business profile, quote request management, and AI-powered analysis tools.
3. Registration and Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The basic plan is free. The Pro subscription is billed monthly or annually depending on the plan chosen. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you publish on Quoteso. By publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with our services. You are responsible for the content you publish and warrant that it does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: publish false information; impersonate any person; use the service for fraudulent purposes; collect data from other users; disrupt the operation of the Site; or violate any applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Quoteso acts solely as an intermediary between clients and professionals. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or availability of services offered by registered professionals. AI-generated cost estimates are provided for informational purposes only. In no event shall Quoteso be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, in the event of a violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
9. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Quebec.
