3. Artificial Intelligence
We use artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to analyze projects, generate business descriptions, estimate costs, and check quotes. Data submitted to our AI systems is processed in accordance with our data processing agreement with OpenAI and is not used to train third-party models.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with: service providers necessary for the platform's operation (Stripe for payments, DigitalOcean for hosting, OpenAI for AI); professionals when you submit a quote request; and authorities when required by law.
5. Storage and Security
Your data is stored on servers located in Canada (DigitalOcean). We use SSL/TLS encryption to protect data in transit and appropriate security measures to protect data at rest. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for the operation of the site (session, authentication, language preference). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can configure your browser to refuse cookies, but some site features may not function properly.
7. Your Rights
In accordance with Quebec's Law 25 and Canadian federal privacy laws, you have the right to: access your personal information; correct it; delete it; withdraw your consent; and file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec. We retain your information as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide our services. When you delete your account, we erase your personal data within 30 days, unless legal retention obligations apply.
